2026 Season Preview

Coming off a 22-8 season, the 2026 softball team looks to make another deep tourney run this spring. The squad returns 11 varsity letter winners and six returning starters. Seniors Elise Baker, Kayla Brewer, Lauren Candler, Sarah Hofmann and Bennie Leffler will lead the team. Baker and Leffler are returning All-Conference and All- Marion County players. Returning junior class players include Morgan Curtis, Megan Lehner, Lucy Perry, Brooke Wolford and Maggie Thorne. Curtis is also a returning All-Marion County player. New juniors to varsity this year include, Nancy Mary Curd, Claire Rittenhouse and Hannah Rittenhouse. Returning sophomore and varsity letter winner, Sydney Martens, returns, as well as sophomore newcomers Lauren Annee and Lola Morelli.
