Favorite Coaching Memory:My favorite coaching memories are helping kids set goal times that they think are too fast and then watching them work hard all season and reaching their goal times at the end of the season at our peak meets.

Family/Parish Info: My wife Lauren and I have three children; Abby, Nat and Lilly. I grew up attending Holy Name School and Parish, and now my kids attend St. Barnabas
