Christina (Dawson) Erazmus began her tenure as the varsity head coach in 2021, where she lead the team to 28 victories and the programs first trip to the semi-state since 2014. Prior to taking over as head coach, she spent three years as a varsity assistant. She is a 2001 Roncalli graduate and played on the school’s 1998 Class 3A Volleyball State Championship team. The Ball State graduate spent 2010 through 2016 as an assistant coach at Brownsburg High School, where she helped the Bulldogs win four county championships and three conference championships. In 2017, Erazmus created the Roncalli Juniors Club Volleyball program and serves as the club’s director and as a coach. She and her husband Chris R’01 have three children, Holland, Dawson and Hendrix.

Jessica (Stout) Bell is a 1993 graduate of Hagerstown High School. She was a multi-sport athlete in volleyball, basketball and track & field. She led her team to Sectional titles in volleyball and basketball as a senior. She received multiple All-Conference and All-Area awards during her career. She played for Munciana Volleyball Club.
She went on to play collegiate volleyball at Miami University (OH) and was a 4 year starting setter for the 1994-1997 Miami teams. Amassing 5,794 assists, she finished her career as the MAC record holder in assists and ranks among Division I career leaders. Still the Miami record holder, she ranks second among all-time MAC leaders. Bell also owns Miami records for career assists per game (12.43) and single-season assists per game (13.23 in 1996). A three-time All-MAC selection, Bell also garnered First-Team AVCA All- District Il recognition. She was named the MAC Player of the Year as a senior in 1997, Miami Female Athlete of the year in 1997-98, MAC Tournament MVP in 1996 and MAC Freshman of the Year in 1994. A two-time MAC All-Tournament Team selection, Bell paced Miami to a MAC Tournament title in 1996 as well as three regular-season MAC crowns (1995, 1996, 1997). She participated in the postseason all four years, including NCAA Tournament appearances in 1995,1996 and 1997. A three-time CoSIDA Academic All-District selection, Bell earned CoSIDA Second-Team Academic All-America honors in 1997.
She earned her degree in exercise science. She went on to earn her medical degree and is an OBGYN in the Indianapolis area. She and her husband Kory are St. Jude parishioners. They have three children, Logan (R’25), Norah & Wyatt (R’29).
Jenna Beckham is a 2003 graduate of Beech Grove High School, where she was a three-sport athlete in volleyball, basketball and softball. In 2002, she was All-Conference and All-County. Beckham went on to graduate from the University of Indianapolis with a degree in elementary education. She began coaching at Roncalli in 2009. She and her husband Anthony have four kids, Carter, Marshall and Harrison and Jordan.
Desirae Spearing is a 1998 graduate of Roncalli. She was an assistant coach at RHS from 2008-2013, and she joined the coaching staff again in 2023. Spearing went on to graduate from Ball State University with a degree in elementary education. She teaches Preschool at Our Lady of the Greenwood School. Spearing has coached different levels of CYO and club volleyball over the past 20 years. Coach Spearing and her husband Eric R‘95 have 5 children, Charlie, Rosanna, Thomas, Eric and John.
