2026 Girls Golf Schedule

The Lady Royals competed in their first tournament of the season at Pebble Brooke in the Guerin Catholic Invite. The team placed 3rd out of 15 teams. Ava Wenzel shot 81, Hannah Jansen shot 86 in her first match as a freshmen, Izzy Huxley 88, and Ava Linton 103 giving the Lady Royals a team total of 358.

The Lady Royals lost to Center Grove 189 to 157 at Smock. Leading the team was freshmen Hannah Jansen with 42, followed by Izzy Huxley with a 44, Ava Wenzel with a 47, and Ava Linton with a 56.

The Lady Royals had a tough loss against Plainfield scoring 198-164. Leading the team tonight was Ava Wenzel and Hannah Jansen both scoring 45. Followed by Izzy Huxley 50 and Delaney Newsom 58. Grace Sidhom also shot a 58 on her first golf match on varsity. 

The Lady Royals came in 12th place with a team total of 382 at the Trojan Classic at Hickory Stick. Leading the team was Izzy Huxley with an 88. Followed by Hannah Jansen 89, Ava Wenzel 90, and Ava Linton 115.

The Lady Royals placed 2nd in the Circle City Conference at Smock with a team total of 362. Leading the team was Hannah Jansen who was also medalist of the conference with an 84. Following was Ava Wenzel (3rd place) with a 85, Izzy Huxley (5th place) with an 86, and Ava Linton with a 107.

The JV Lady Royals won their match against Shortridge 201 to 255 at Coffin. Leading the team was Sydney Schoettle with a PR of 44. Followed by Shea Delaney with a PR of 49, Grace Sidhom with a 53, Layla Uberta with a 55, and freshmen Ruby Edwards and Melanie Tucker both with a PR and tying with a 56.

The JV Lady Royals lost their match with a team total of 214 to Bishop Chatard and Warren Central’s varsity teams. Sydney Schoettle led the team with a 50. Followed by Ruby Edwards with a PR of 52, Shea Delaney 54, and Grace Sidhom 58.
