Favorite Coaching Memory: There are a few memories that really stand out for me. The first one was in 2016 when a former gymnast agreed to be the Godmother for my daughter. During her time on the team, she exhibited values with her faith, academics and athleticism that were perfect for the role. The next memory was 2018 when one of our seniors, who had served as a team manager, chose to compete after being diagnosed with cancer. Her contribution to the team, the school and life in general was something I’ll never forget. My last favorite memory was in 2024 when one of our seniors, who had been injured all season, became a state qualifier on her least favorite event. Getting to see her walk across the stage one last time was such an emotional experience.
