The Royals gymnastics team participated in a 16 team invite at Franklin Central coming away with a 4th place finish and team score of 97.9. 

Liz Schafer led the team placing 6th on bars, floor and all around.

The gymnastics team saw another improvement in their team score! The girls had a strong bar day.
In a tough 3 way with state contender Bloomington North and Columbus East, Roncalli finished 2nd with a 99.25.
Liz Schafer saw her first 9 of the year and placed 3rd on vault, 3rd on bars and 4th on beam.

The Royals fell short to New Pal with a 96.075. 

Lucy Perry placed 5th on vault, 3rd on bars, 4th on beam, 3rd on floor and 3rd all around

Ellie Brueggemann placed 5th on vault, 5th on bars, 5th on beam, 6th on floor and 5th all around. 

Claire May placed 6th on bars, 3rd on beam and 6th all around.

The Royals gymnastics team finished 2nd in a 3 way with Westfield and Shelbyville. Liz Schafer saw her second 9.0 of the season.

The Royals beat New Castle 99.825 – 96.4, breaking a new high for the season.

The Royals placed 5th out of 15 teams at the Connersville invite with a team score of 98.525.

Royals gymnastic finished 5th out of 11 teams in a tough Sectional matchup at Franklin Central.
Liz Schafer placed 5th on vault and will advance to Regionals!

Senior, Liz Schafer, advanced to State on vault with a 6th place finish in a tough Regional.

Congrats to Liz Schafer for her performance at the state gymnastic tournament. Liz finished 32nd out of 49 of Indiana’s best gymnasts on vault.
