The Royal boys lost against Southport 11-9. Despite the loss, Jordan Bauerle had some of the highest scores in Indiana High School Bowling history, rolling games of 278 and 279 for a 557 series. Andrew Woodruff had the second highest series rolling 313. The boys are back in action next Monday against Franklin Community.

The Lady Royals continue their winning streak which locks them in as Conference Champions, defeating Greenwood Christian 20-0. Nathalie Grounds had the high series 367, Lauren Candler had the second high series 366 and Aly Luna-Asano with 365 series. The Lady Royals are back in action next Thursday for Senior Night against Center Grove.

The Lady Royals are advancing to Regionals as they finished as runners-ups at Sectionals this past weekend! They dominated the qualifying round with an impressive score of 2,010 for the 12 baker games, earning the top seed in the finals. While they couldn’t quite find their rhythm in the championship match, they put up a strong fight against a talented Center Grove team. In Singles, Junior Alison Holden is advancing to Regionals for her 7th place finish. Congratulations to Sarah Hofmann and Aly Luna-Asano for being named to the 2025 All-Conference team!

Junior, Alison Holden led qualifying at Regionals, rolling games of 166, 182 and 178. She ended with a second place finish after losing to a talented Addyson Rice of Southport by a score of 163-157. Alison advanced to Semi-State and will compete next Saturday in Terre Haute!

In Singles, Alison Holden put on a strong performance at Semi-State, barely missing a spot into the State Finals by just three pins. Her 528 series earned her an 8th-place finish.
In Team, the Lady Royals delivered an impressive team effort, leading the qualifying round at the Terre Haute Semi-State! They finished the competition with a runner-up finish, securing their place in the State Finals on February 15th at Expo Bowl!

History has been made! Your Lady Royals are the 2025 Indiana High School Bowling State Champions, becoming the first-ever Roncalli bowling team to achieve this incredible feat!
Their path to the top was anything but easy. They battled against highly skilled opponents and navigated challenging lane conditions, but their resilience, teamwork, and determination carried them through every step of the way.
The Lady Royals entered the finals as the No. 3 seed, securing their spot in the championship bracket. From there, they delivered an unforgettable performance; defeating Boone Grove 315-286, Snider 333-304, and Evansville North 346-338
With the title on the line, the girls stepped up in a clutch final game, rolling an impressive 205 to edge out Evansville North by just 8 pins to claim the state championship!
Congratulations, Lady Royals! Your hard work, dedication, and fight have cemented your place in Roncalli history!
