The girls lacrosse team played Gibson Southern winning a tight game 7-6. Micaiah Pierson was the score leader by scoring 2 goals and also the ground ball leader with 6. Ella Holtz, Maryanna Houser, Grace Lux, Anna Rosario, and Camden Timberlake each scored a goal. Addison Marsh had an outstanding 71.4% save ratio in the cage with 15 saves.

Evansville Bosse
The Royals then played Bosse, losing a physical game 11-4. Maryanna Houser was the score leader by scoring 2 goals. Grace Lux and Micaiah Pierson each scored a goal. Anna Rosario won the most draws at 5. Emma Timberlake did an excellent job of 54.2% save ratio in the cage with 13 saves.

The Girls Lacrosse team played the toughest game of the season last night, losing 17-1. Micaiah Pierson scored the lone goal. Addison Marsh was in the cage and finished with a 47% save ratio. The defense kept Guerin to the lowest points scored in the past four years.

The girls lacrosse team played Heritage Christian and lost 15-2. Maryanna Houser and Lauren Miller each scored a goal. Lauren also led the team with 3 draw controls. Micaiah Pierson and Liz Roller led the team in ground balls with 3 each. Emma Timberlake started in the cage and finished with an impressive 48% save ratio, saving 13 shots on goal!

Roncalli Girls Lacrosse lost a very close game against Columbus North 9-8. Micaiah Pierson led the offense with 3 goals and 3 ground balls. Peyton Nalley scored 2 goals and also led the defense in ground balls. Addison Marsh was in the cage and took some hard hits, still managing a 44% save ratio.

Mary Bryan Elementary School
The GLAX Royals played a great game, coming back from a three goal deficit in the fourth quarter to tie the game. An unfortunate last minute foul gave Perry Meridian a free position shot that won them the game 6-5.
Hailey Engle and Maryanna Houser led the team in scoring with two goals each. Micaiah Pierson also scored a goal. Pierson and Houser also led the team in draw controls with two each.
Ava Roell and Pierson led the team in ground balls and forced turnovers. Defense did a great job against the drive, with Liz Roller reading passes and making some excellent interceptions.
Addison Marsh was in the cage, keeping the Royals in the game with a 54% save ratio.

Girls Lacrosse played Bishop Chatard losing 18-1. Camden Timberlake made the lone goal for the game. Lauren Miller led in ground balls with 2 and forced turnovers with 3, while Maryanna Houser led in draw controls with 2. Emma Timberlake started in goal with Addison Marsh coming in the second half. Both goalies finished the night with a 42% save ratio.

Girls Lacrosse won their game against Franklin Community, 9-4. Hailey Engel had a huge night leading the offense with 4 goals! Micaiah Pierson, Nathalie Nava, Caroline Benson, Maryanna Houser, and Camden Timberlake each scored a goal. Pierson led the team in ground balls with 5 and Houser led the team in draw controls with 3. In the cage, Addison Marsh had an excellent performance, saving 9 of 13 shots on goal. An impressive 69% save ratio.

The Varsity Royals defeated Center Grove 8-7 in OT. Ella Holtz, Hailey Engle, and Micaiah Pierson each scored 2 goals, Maryanna Houser and Camden Timberlake each contributed a goal. Pierson and Houser led the team in ground balls with 3 each. Riley Marsh led the team with 4 draw controls, a season high for the team. Emma Timberlake was in the cage and made 8 saves to finish with a 54% save ratio.

Girls Lacrosse won in overtime, against 8th ranked Bloomington South, 6-5. Goals were scored each by Nathalie Nava, Micaiah Pierson, Maryanna Houser, Alex Gorski, Hailey Engle, and the game winning goal in OT, Ella Holtz!
Peyton Nalley led the team in ground balls, and Pierson led the team in draw controls. Liz Roller continued her performance on the crease with two interceptions.
Addison Marsh was in the cage, making 11 saves on the evening, finishing with an excellent 68.8% save ratio.

The Royals won their fourth game in a row on Senior night, winning 10-7 against Avon.
Micaiah Pierson led the team in goals (3), ground balls (4), and draw controls (5).
Grace Lux had a great showing, scoring two goals.
Nathalie Nava, Maryanna Houser, Hailey Engel, Camden Timberlake, Ella Holtz each scored a goal.
Houser and Emmy Rossman are both credited with an assist.
Addison Marsh was in the cage, making 7 saves for a 50% save ratio.

Lauren Miller led the team in ground balls with 3.

Girls Lacrosse had a tough loss against Brownsburg, 14-3.
Caroline Benson, Hailey Engle, and Riley Marsh each scored a goal.
Micaiah Pierson gets an honorable mention for sheer effort and will power. Liz Roller had three excellent interceptions/cutter disruptions.
Addison Marsh was in the cage and made 10 saves for the evening, for a 43.5% save ratio.

vs. Sectional vs Southport

The Royals win their first sectional game against Southport 10-4.
Micaiah Pierson led the scoring with 3 goals, followed by Hailey Engle with 2 goals and Lauren Miller, Caroline Benson, Maryanna Houser, Camden Timberlake, and Ella Holtz each scored a goal.
Riley Marsh shined on the draw control, enabling the Royals to win 14 draws. Micaiah with (7), Riley (4), and Camden (3).
Defense did an outstanding job shutting down Southport’s attack, keeping them down to only 4 goals and creating 11 forced turnovers.
Addison Marsh was in the cage, making 11 saves, for an impressive 73% save ratio!
Second round of the postseason will be 8PM tonight (at Roncalli) vs Brownsburg.
