Varsity football lost 15-14 to Bishop Dwenger in 3 OT.

The team was led by great defense all night.

JV won a thriller 8-7 in the last minute over East Central. Keegan Shaffer scored a touchdown with 16 seconds to go. Micky Flynn ran in the 2 point conversion to seal the victory. Defensively the Royals were led by Eli Baker who led the team in tackles and an interception. Banks Goodrich also had an interception.

JV football ended in a 28-28 tie with Franklin Central. Touchdowns scored by Jeremiah Evans, Mitchell Asher, and Mickey Flynn. The special teams were great with a blocked punt that led to a scoop and score by Matthew Stevens. The defense was good in the second half giving up 0 points.

JV football lost 37-6 versus Bishop Chatard. The lone touchdown was scored by Colton Wildey.

The Royal freshman football team gutted out a 26-18 victory over East Central.  The offense was led by Landon Baumann who rushed for 86 yards and 3 touchdowns.  Leon Moses hauled in a 30 yard touchdown catch from Drew Burton, and Petey Elsener also had a big game in the passing and rushing game.  The defense was led by strong play by German Mendez and Daysen Deitrich who each had multiple tackles for loss.   

The Royals freshman football team improved to 2-0 on the season, defeating Franklin Central 12-0. Landon Baumann led the way on offense with 147 yards rushing and 2 touchdowns. The defense was led by Daysen Dietrich, who had multiple tackles on the edge and sealed the victory with a 4th quarter interception.

The freshman football team improved to 3-0 on the season, defeating Bishop Chatard 6-0. Drew Burton connected with Petey Elsener for the lone touchdown in the 2nd quarter. The defense was led by stellar play from Daysen Dietrich, Declan Dozier, Jon Zepeda, and German Mendez.
