Coaching Staff

Rich Lord

Coach Rich Lord joined the tennis coaching staff in 2023.  He played on multiple state championship teams at North Central HS and then played at the NCAA I level at Virginia Commonwealth University. He has coached at the high school and college levels, both men and women, being named a conference coach of the year four times. He is married with two children, has his MBA and serves as the Executive Director of Marketing and Communications for the Bureau of Motor Vehicles.

Lindsay Perry

Lindsay is on staff as a Licensed School Social Worker at Roncalli High School and started as Assistant Tennis Coach in 2023. A graduate of Roncalli in 2004, she played tennis throughout high school, and she’s played in the community since she was a child. She received her Bachelor’s Degree from Purdue University and Masters Degree in Social Work from Loyola University Chicago. She is an active member at Nativity, her alma mater. She and her husband Michael R’02 have three children who attend Nativity: Mason, Josephine and June.

Kevin Mull

Kevin began coaching at Roncalli in 2017, and he has been an instructor since 2013. He spent two years as an assistant coach at Perry Meridian High School, he was a head coach for girls tennis at Clark Pleasant Middle School for three seasons, along with the boys head coach for four seasons at the same middle school. Kevin also spent two seasons as an assistant coach of girls tennis at Center Grove High School. He was the #1 singles player at Whiteland High School for three year, and when not coaching, he is a data analyst for the Simon Property Group.
