2026 Season Preview

As the 2026 high school golf season gets underway, the Roncalli girls golf team is preparing to make a strong statement on the course. The team is motivated, focused and ready to perform well. Leading the way this season are juniors Ava Wenzel and Izzy Huxley. The varsity team has welcomed freshman Hannah Jansen to the team, and she is ready to shoot low scores. Sophomore Delaney Newsom is returning to her second year on varsity, and lastly, the Royals are looking forward to seeing senior Ava Linton finish her high school golf season on a strong note!

The girls golf team is also super excited to welcome eight new JV members, after only having a varsity team last year. New members include: seniors Layla Uberta and Grace Sidhom, juniors Olivia Crews, Shea Delaney, Abby McNeil and Sydney Schoettle and freshmen Melanie Tucker and Ruby Edwards. These ladies are ready to go out on the course for the first time and showcase all their hard work from practices.
