2024 Unified Track & Field

Unified Track competed with Franklin Central, Southport, and Warren Central in their first meet of the season.

In the shot put, Rachel Hollcraft was third in her flight, Claire Nettles was 2nd, and Za Thang won his flight.
In the long jump, Jake Jashaway scored points for the Royals finishing in 2nd place. Elizabeth McCoy won her flight, Izzy TenBarge was 2nd, and Annie Schoettle placed 3rd in her flight.
For the 100m dash, Emily Sering, John Malan, and Rayna Patel all placed first in their heat.
The relay team of Maggie Smith, Aubrey Silcox, Will Spotts, and Izzy TenBarge won their heat.
And, the highlight of the night was the relay team of Izabel Kuntz, Elizabeth McCoy, Matthew Roller, and Evan Maue winning a very close heat by only a few tenths of a second.

We are looking forward to senior night on Wednesday!

The Unified Royal team celebrated all of their amazing seniors, while claiming a 2nd place finish in the meet.

In an amazing feat for upperclassmen, both Andrew Mason and Sarah Jasheway have accomplished a personal record in every meet this season!

In the 4×100 meter relay
The team of Shiloh Diaz, Immy Kuntz, Haley Bullock and Maggie Smith brought home an amazing 1st place finish
The team consisting of Izzy TenBarge, Za Thang, Izabel Kuntz and Andrew Mason had a dramatic second place finish.Both teams earned points for the Royals.

What an amazing sectional meet that the unified team had!
They came in 7th place out of 14 teams. Scoring a solid 84 points. It was a great effort by all.

Aubrey Silcox was first in her flight, scoring the Royals some points. She also finished off her career as a Royal with an impressive PR, which was an improvement of a foot.

Sarah Jaseway was 3rd in her flight. Sarah also tied her PR

Izzy Tenbarge was 1st in her heat
In the 400:
Mathew Roller was 1st in his heat
Izabel Kuntz was 2nd in her heat, missing 1st place by just a second
In the mixed 4 x 100 relay
The team of Maggie Smith, Elizabeth McCoy, Andrew Mason and Israel Reyes took a 3rd place finish.

The coaches Liz, Okerson and Schrader are so proud of the team. 2024 was a terrific season!
Every day the team showed up and tried their best.
They looked out for one another, cheered for one another, showed sportsmanship toward the other teams and grew in friendship. The coaches and team will miss the kindness and leadership of the seniors. All are welcome to join the team in 2025.
