The Lady Royals started their season with a great performance against Whiteland and New Palestine in an unscored invite.

Tessa Mize set a new PR of 5:18 in the Mile at the Franklin Central Distance Showcase, competing against some of the best distance runners in the state, placing 3rd in her heat.

The Lady Royal Track and Field team finished their season at State on Friday night. Lydia Stahley finished her senior year by tying her PR in the high jump of 5’4” to finish 14th overall. Lydia capped her year by earning a state meet in her third sport, having gone to the State Finals in volleyball, basketball, and track and field!
