2025 Girls Cross Country Schedule

Great start to the season with a 2nd place finish at the HSE Hokem Karem. The duo of Tessa Mize and Ava Shirley placed 3rd. Ariana Corona and Madelyn Kitchens placed 7th. Ellie Littell and Marygrace Rykowski placed 8th. Josephine Clark and Maggie Shirley placed 10th. Great Job ladies!

Ava Shirley placed 24th and Tessa Mize was in 29th place in the Junior/Senior Race. Freshman Josephine Clark placed in 29th place in the Freshman/Sophomore race. The Royals placed 11th of 21 teams.

The girls had a strong race at County with a 4th place finish. Tessa Mize and Ava Shirley were All County. In the Freshman race, Josephine Clark and Maggie Shirley were All County. We had 7 PR’s. Congrats to Izzie Vermillion, Scout Marien, Veronika Hubertz, Ava Roell, Maggie Shirley, Josephine Clark, and Anna Rykowski on getting a PR.

The girls won the meet against Southport. Tessa Mize won the meet. Ava Shirley got 2nd place, Madelyn Kitchens finished in 4th, Ariana Corona got 8th place, and Marygrace Rykowski got 9th place. We had 9 PR’s…. Congrats to Ariana Corona, Izzie Vermillion, Maggie Shirley, Emma Gzibovskis, Anna Rykowski, Kyleigh Minor, Mirabella Gaskill, Esther Niang, and Evalynn Harlos.

The girls placed 5th in the All Catholic meet! Tessa Mize got 4th place and Ava Shirley placed in 15th. Congrats to Ava Roell, Veronika Hubertz, and Esther Niang on a new PR.

The girls team finished 7th in the Gold Division of the Shelbyville Invite. Congrats to Tessa Mize on finishing in 14th place. Congrats to Emma Gzibovskis, Ava Roell, Anna Rykowski, and Evalynn Harlos on getting a PR.

The girls finished 4th. Tessa placed 8th and is All Conference. Congrats to Maggie Shirley and Mirabella Gaskill on a new PR.

The girls had a great race under the lights at the Nike Twilight invite. We had 5 PRs on Saturday night; congrats to Ariana Corona, Maggie Shirley, Izzie Vermillion, Anna Rykowski, and Evalynn Harlos.
