2026 Girls Tennis Schedule

Tennis lost a close match to open the season 3-2 to Greenwood. Winning for Roncalli included number 1 singles Lyla Waymire and 2 singles Lola Neitzke. Danielle Frank and Josie Harper, Macy Tilson and Alina Ardizzone won at JV doubles.

Varsity tennis lost 4-1 to an experienced Perry Meridian team. The team competed well with Evie Eble and Sammie Kegerreis winning at 1 doubles. Brooklyn Seibert and Carly Baugh also won at JV doubles.

Girls tennis came up short against an experienced Bishop Chatard team. Betsy Bauman lost a close match at 3 singles and the teams of Alana Baase-Addie Fitzpatrick and Josie Harper-Brooke Coffman lost close three set JV matches.

Girls tennis lost to the 4th ranked team in the state, Center Grove. The team competed well with Evie Eble and Sammie Kegerreis losing a close set to one of the best doubles teams in the state. JV highlights included a very competitive 6-4 loss for Brooke Coffman and Carly Baugh.

Tennis lost a rain shortened match 3-1 against New Palestine. Sammie Kegerreis and Evie Eble picked up the win at number 1 doubles.

The girls team had a strong outing and earned a 4-1 victory over the International School. Betsy Bauman played a great match and won a hard fought battle at #3 singles in three sets. Other varsity winners were Lola Neitzke at #2 singles, Sammie Kegerreis & Evie Eble at #1 doubles and Faith Lowry & Ashley Woodburn at #2 doubles.

Carly Baugh was a winner at #1 JV singles.

Girls tennis lost to the number one team in the state Brebeuf Jesuit. Great effort by the girls that competed: Lyla Waymire, Lola Neitzke, Betsy Bauman, Evie Eble-Faith Lowry, and Ashley Woodburn-Brooklyn Seibert.

A great 3-2 win for girls tennis against Heritage Christian. Evie Eble and Sammie Kegerreis led things off with a convincing straight set win at number 1 doubles, followed by a 3 set win for Betsy Bauman at number 3 singles. Lola Neitzke then clinched the match as the final player on court in 3 exciting sets.

With more than half the schedule vs state ranked teams, including 2 more at the Plainfield Invite, the girls continue to compete and grow. Winning on the day included: Sammie Kegerreis and Evie Eble at 1 doubles vs Seymour and Faith Lowry at 3 singles vs New Pal. Winning for JV was Ashley Woodburn at 1 singles vs Plainfield.

Girls tennis won 5-0 over Scecina Memorial. Winning were Lyla Waymire, Lola Neitzke, Betsy Bauman, Sammie Kegerreis and Evie Eble and Faith Lowry and Carly Baugh. JV also went undefeated with wins by Ashley Woodburn, Brooklyn Seibert and Sloane Pierle and Macy Tilson and Alina Ardizzone.

The team competed well but lost to the #1 team in the state, Guerin Catholic. The day was highlighted by a JV win for Macy Tilson and Alina Ardizzone at doubles.

Girls tennis won 5-0 with singles wins by Lyla Waymire, Lola Neitzke, and Betsy Bauman, and doubles wins by Evie Eble and Sammie Kegerreis and Faith Lowry and Carly Baugh. JV won 2-0 with singles wins by Alaina Baase and Addie Fitzpatrick.

The team had a great day finishing 2nd in the 4 team invite with wins over Whiteland 3-2 and International 5-0, the only loss on the day being a tightly contested 4-1 to a talented University team. Winning on the day were Lyla Waymire, Lola Neitzke, Betsy Bauman, Evie Eble and Sammie Kegerreis who went undefeated and Faith Lowry and Ashley Woodburn. Winning for JV were Brooklyn Seibert, Sloane Pierle, Josie Harper, Lorelei Roberts, Macy Tilson, Alina Ardizzone, Brooklyn Lux, Brooke Coffman, Alaina Baase, Addie Fitzpatrick, and Kaylin Birge.

The varsity girls picked up a great 3-2 win over Franklin Central with wins by Lola Neitzke, Evie Eble-Sammie Kegerreis, and Faith Lowry-Carly Baugh. JV had a great day going 10-1, winning matches were Ashley Woodburn, Alaina Baase-Addie Fitzpatrick, Josie Harper-Lorelei Roberts, Sloane Pierle-Brooklyn Seibert, and Macy Tilson-Alina Ardizzone.

The girls varsity tennis team fought hard but fell 5-0 to state ranked Mt. Vernon. JV doubles winning teams were Josie Harper-Lorelei Roberts and Alina Ardizzone-Macy Tilson.

The Royals lost to 12th ranked Franklin 5-0 before winning an exciting 3-2 match over Terre Haute South to finish the day. Winners included Lyla Waymire, Betsy Bauman, and Evie Eble-Sammie Kegerreis.

The varsity girls tennis team picked up a close 3-2 win in the first round of Marion County over Lawrence North. Winners included Lola Neitzke, Evie Eble-Sammie Kegerreis, and Faith Lowry-Carly Baugh. Winning at JV were Brooklyn Seibert-Alina Ardizzone. The team will play again today in the second round at Pike.

Girls tennis lost 3-2 in the Marion County Tournament to Pike. Winners included Lola Neitzke and Evie Eble-Sammie Kegerreis.

The Royals defeated Southport on Senior Night. Winners included Lyla Waymire, Lola Neitzke, Faith Lowry, and Evie Eble-Sammie Kegerreis. Winning for JV were Brooklyn Seibert- Carly Baugh, Josie Harper-Sloane Pierle, and Alaina Baase-Addie Fitzpatrick.

The girls tennis team lost 4-1 to Perry Meridian in sectional action. Evie Eble and Sammie Kegerreis won at number 1 doubles to advance in the tournament.

Sammie Kegerreis and Evie Eble lost to Indian Creek in the doubles state tournament to conclude a great season.
